PRODUCT DISCLAIMER: We sell both unused and used products. Products should be considered USED, unless otherwise statedand do not include any guarantees of condition. The customer is responsible for verifying its suitability for usage PREVIOUS TO PURCHASE. We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for proper use of product. Areas of wear are likely in our inventory as product may have previously been used. Item photos are a general representation and do NOT reflect exact appearance of all product inventory. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS, please CONTACT US if product received was not as described or damaged during shipment.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER: Standard handling time is 1-3 business days, with 5-10 business day transit times based on carrier. Palletized Items can be delivered to a residential address and lowered from the truck with a liftgate but NO FURTHER. Very heavy items may require a Forklift and Loading dock at the delivery location, we reserve the right to refuse any orders we cannot safely deliver. We DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXESContiguous US only, please CONTACT US for International and other shipping options.

Shipping Policy

In an effort to provide our customers with the best shipping options possible we custom quote all of our shipped orders. Current variations in shipping costs can make it difficult to accurately predict the cost of shipping repurposed goods. We have found it to be more cost beneficial to the customer to provide them with personalized shipping quotes. (If you would like a shipping quote before you purchase an item, feel free to reach out to us during business hours or send a detailed message via our online chat portal.)

Shipping Quote Process:

  1. Select “Requires Shipping Quote” as your shipping method during checkout.
  2. Continue your checkout process.
  3. Someone from our team will reach out to you directly to gather the information required to provide an accurate shipping quote.
  4. Once agreed, the team member will collect the payment to cover the cost of shipping.
  5. Your order is now complete and we will begin processing your order and ship it to you as efficiently as possible!

We have multiple location across the United States. Customers can elect to pick up their items locally from one of our branches. Local Pick-ups are considered “Will-Calls” and allow customers to save on shipping cost and visually see items before they take them home. Items can only be picked up from the location they are currently housed. We currently do not offer material transfers to different branch locations. 

Local Pick-Up Process:

  1. Select “Pick-Up at Retail Location” as your shipping method during checkout.
  2. Continue your checkout process.
  3. Your will-call order should be available for pick-up the following business day after your order was placed. (**Note: You must pick the item up from the location in which it is currently housed.)
  4. Visit the branch the next business day during business hours to pick-up your item!
  5. Go home and get to repurposing!

If desired, a customer can schedule and arrange their own shipping of materials from our yard to their location. Keep in mind that each branch has different configurations and equipment capabilities in regard to loading your material. Items can only be picked up from the location they are currently housed. We currently do not offer material transfers to different branch locations. 

Customer Setup Shipping Process:

  1. Select “Pick-Up at Retail Location” as your shipping option during checkout.
  2. Continue your checkout process.
  3. Immediately contact us to inform us that you will be arranging your own shipping.
  4. Coordinate with the branch that houses your material to ensure the following:
    **IMPORTANT**

    • What type of truck is needed to safely load and transport your material.
    • Branch shipping hours when your material will be available for loading.
  5. We will work with your driver or shipping company to have your material shipped via the method you arrange.
  6. **IMPORTANT NOTE: Our warehouse and yard space is limited. We can only hold your material for a limited amount of time. Please contact us immediately to make arrangements to have your material shipped to you.**

Shipping Times (SOME ITEMS REQUIRE LONGER HANDLING TIMES)
We use best efforts to ensure orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm.

Transit time of shipments depend largely upon the carrier used and are typically between 5-10 days

We utilize a wide range of carriers to safely deliver your repurposed goods to you:
UPS
FedEx
For full truck load, flatbed or van body, we engage with many different shippers across the USA to get you the very best rate.

Order Tracking**
Once your order has been picked up by a shipping carrier we send you a tracking number via the email you provided at checkout. Verified tracking numbers are not available until the product has been picked up by the carrier.

If you have not received tracking information within a few days of your order please reach out to us for the status of your order. Please note that some orders require longer handling times do to size or method of shipment.

Shipping Rates
In an effort to provide our customers with the best shipping options possible we custom quote all of our shipped orders. Some of our product’s pricing will include free shipping and pricing will not be itemized.

Refund Policy

All of our products we sell are used and are sold “as is” with no warranties or guarantees, unless otherwise stated.
All sales are final – no refunds, returns or store credit.

You, the customer, are solely responsible for determining the fitness of re-use and repurpose of each product purchased.

Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) Check, or Cash On Pick Up.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Some orders and inquiries maybe used for marketing purposes. Please give notice in writing if you do not wish your order or inquiry information to be disclosed for those purposes.
