I drove from Mentor to Newton Falls, Oh and I was so pleased to discover a wonderful store. This store has repurposed materials. I was able to buy a what I had been looking for about 35% of the cost. This is only the half of it. Everyone in this store was so friendly and kind. They helped load my car just good kind people. It was definitely worth the drive. The prices are phenomenal, but the best part of this place are the employees. THIS IS A FEMALE FRIENDLY BUSINESS! As a woman, I was always treated with respect. I was looking for aluminum fencing for a small community project and money was tight. I called multiple times trying to navigate the project and get the details coordinated. Chase helped. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I drove an hour and a half. It was so worth it, made my month. When we came to pickup, we were helped immediately. Staff helped us check the fencing panels. Everything was great. I drove 4.5 hrs to pick up the item that I need instead of paying a lot for shipping. The item is heavy. I ended up with great deal on site and made connections with the employees there. Found this store on Facebook Marketplace. I was looking for fence panels. I went to the Newton Falls store and everyone was very helpful and considerate. Chase helped me find the panels I needed and was very patient and informative. He explained the differences in the panels and helped me pick out the correct posts for the panels I selected. Another gentleman assisted in loading the panels onto my trailer, and was very helpful in making sure nothing was damaged. This store had some interesting products and I will be going back soon to look at other products I am intersted in.
