How do I register to bid?
To participate in one of our auctions, visit our online auction site and create an account. Once registered, you can browse available auction lots and place your bids when an auction is open.
How do I pay for items I win?
After the auction closes, we’ll send an invoice to the email address associated with your account. The invoice will include applicable taxes and a 13% buyer’s fee and will be sent the same day the auction closes.
You can pay online by card or ACH, or pay by cash or check at the warehouse where your auction purchases are located.
Can my auction purchases be shipped?
Yes, we can help arrange shipping for your auction purchases. Shipping costs vary depending on the number of lots you win, the size and weight of the items, and the distance from the auction location to your delivery address. We can provide a shipping quote based on your specific purchases.
Can I pickup my auction purchases?
Yes, local pickup is available for auction purchases. Items are available for pickup beginning the Monday after the auction closes.
Our warehouses have loading equipment available to help load your purchases. Customers are responsible for providing any straps, tie-downs, or other equipment needed to safely secure their items for transport. We recommend planning ahead and coming prepared for the size, weight, and quantity of items you purchased.
Please bring a valid photo ID and your invoice or order confirmation when picking up your purchases. This helps us verify your order and ensure your items are released to the correct customer.
