Engineering Settlement: "We had to replace 48 rooftop Trane A/C units after just one year in service because the RTU's did not include a 'hot gas bypass' which were spec'd in the plans.  These units came off a middle school in Oklahoma."  - John w/CNA Insurance

repurposedINBOX: "Damon – I manage a 360,000 sq ft building in Dallas, TX.  When we have things left behind when a tenant moves out, are you interested in reusing or 'repurposing' what we have?  I am looking for a way to avoid sending items to the trash that could be re-used.  Thought you may have a suggestion!" - Kari D. w/ CBRichardEllis  REKari, we appreciate your inquiry.  Yes, we can help you avoid the trash in many cases!

Q:  Do you have items, like Kari, heading for the trash that could possibly get a second life?  If so, Contact Us>>

BEFORE:  When they need an odd width conveyor belting say 32" wide, they will cut 4" off a 36" roll to get the proper width.  The 4" trimming is a drop or remnant of the conveyor industry.  These drops can be 100's of feet long of brand new, unused rubber that has all kinds of "repurposing" possibilities!

Q: Like with these conveyor belt trimmings, do you have drops or remnants from your production that would be a candidate for "repurposing"??  If yes, contact Damon @ 303.321.1471 or Email Damon>>

Narrow Conveyor Belting.  Widths: 4"-6".  Order Online>>

repurposedIDEA:  "It looks like your rubber conveyor trimmings would make an excellent weed guard along the fence lines.  Our customers pay us a lot of money to construct concrete weed blocks along their fence lines.  Using this rubber would be a huge cost savings, and I'm sure it would work just as well!" - Vern

repurposeSIGHTING "Riddle's Elephant Farm and Sanctuary in Arkansas uses rail for elephant enclosures. A sixteen or twenty foot piece (I can't remember) is buried for half its length in concrete, leaving eight foot tall posts. More rails make the horizontal pieces, welded to the posts. Might seem like overkill until you see a sexually agitated African bull elephant up close." - Cecile Buls
