waste/basedBUSINESS.  We have formed a marketing partnership with a foam shredding equipment manufacturer.  NOTE:  repurposedMATERIALS is actively seeking opportunities to acquire, partner, or joint venture with companies that have unique, durable niches within the re-use, re-manufacturing, re-blending, removal, marketplace.   Contact Us>>

Shredding Machine Client:  The Maldives Islands purchased a shredding machine.  Here is their scenario: Problem #1: Much of their infrastructure on the islands is made with concrete.  If they continue digging and using sand from their islands to make concrete they will eventually not have islands.  Problem #2: As an island nation, they import almost all of their goods.  With all these goods comes loads and loads of packing foam.  Solution:  They purchased the shredding equipment to grind up the foam, and they use the size specific foam the shredder produces as an aggregate substitute in their concrete.  BRILLIANT solution solving 2 problems!!!!

Q:  Are you a big user of smaller particle packing peanuts, etc?  If yes, and you'd like to reduce costs and your environmental footprint, this shredder might be for you.
