Q: Like Dan and his turf, do you have materials that you're getting rid of that would be a candidate for "repurposing"?  If yes, Email Us Details>>

Marketing Dilemma(Insiders View of How We Do Things.)  How do you differentiate log, shaggy football turf from this field hockey turf that is like turf on putt putt golf course greens?   Well, since most folks are unfamiliar with field hockey and most everybody is familiar golf, we've decided on calling our two styles: 1) Mini Golf Turf (aka: Field Hockey Turf) and 2) Football Turf

repurposedARMY.  "Wanted to let you know I continue to share your 'repurposing" business concept with the industries we do business with daily.  The stories in the email newsletter frequently triggers an idea about a company or organization I know of who should know about what you do.  I am such a fan of what you are doing that I think you deserve all of the free advertising you can get!  What you guys are doing seems like what we should all be trying to do, for the planet, for the future, and for basic, common-sense reasons of making good use of perfectly good stuff." - Reid Kruger in Missouri  REReid, we are humbled by your efforts!
Pop Quiz.  Below are pictures from a firewood supply business.  Question: Can you name the things that are "repurposed" in their operation in these two pictures?  Answers There are two "repurposes" in these pictures: 1) the steel cages holding the fire wood are the cages off of 275 gal totes, 2) The carts with the blue curtains are former baggage carts from an airport.

Your replies:  "Our school is doing a referendum vote in Sept and if it passes we will be replacing the football field's aluminum bleachers that seat about about 700-800.  Do you do salvage in NJ area?  I am on the school board so want to find out a bit more about how this works to see if this may be something that we present to the BOE as an option for us to consider." Julie

* A.C.E.  This acronym stands for AttributesCharacteristicsEngineering.  We use this acronym to tell you a little about a used material and what qualities it has in hopes that someone can find a "repurpose" for it.  Asked another way...what did the material do in it's 1st life that might help identify a very different, 2nd life for it?
