BEFORE A major flooring manufacturer created a new product of resilient, PVC-free flooring targeted to the healthcare industry.  Once they got 50,000 sq ft of the flooring manufactured, they decided their product wouldn't be competitive in the marketplace.  So, they scrapped the whole product line.  They approached us, and they accepted our offer on all the rolls of flooring.

Q:  Like this flooring manufacturer, do you have obsolete or off-spec product you'd like out of your warehouse??  If yes, call Damon @ 303.321.1471 or

propertyREPURPOSE:  One way entrepreneurs are "repurposing" old, abandoned salt mines is by turning them into document storage facilities.

*A.C.E. (Attributes, Characteristics, Engineering).  What is naturally present underground?  Stable temperature, stable humidity, security, etc.  These are the very same A.C.E. that developers spend $100's per SF to construct in new buildings above ground when, funny enough, they are already naturally present underground.

Q: Have you seen/heard of other ideas on how to "repurpose" old mining properties whether underground or above ground like rock quarries, sand pits, etc?
