BEFORE: "We have 2,000 toters we bought for recycling in our town that we never used. The carts are new, but they have been housed in a very dusty/dirty area. Are you interested in these totes. Oh, and I love that you are part of the “reuse” part of the Reduce, Re-use, Recycle – it doesn’t happen enough. It’s fantastic.Jenny

AFTER: "Hi Glenda, Thank you for putting order together for 40 of the wheeled toters.  We are using them to collect grain screening in our production warehouse." - Connie Peterson

48 gal Wheeled Toters.  These totes are new, unused. In fact, most will require some assembling because they haven't even been fully assembled. NOTE: We are willing to negotiate on large quantity orders if you're town or organization wants to buy a large number of these toters!

BEFORE: We took in several thousand feet of used escalator handrail from the Dallas - Ft Worth Airport.

AFTER Yesterday we sold some used handrail to 20th Century Fox Studios in Los Angeles.  They are building a fake escalator on the TV set of the show 9-1-1.

Escalator Hand Railing.   We just got in a bunch of escalator hand railing. Dims: 50' x 3 3/8" x  1 3/8"  L: Dallas  Click Here for Pricing>>

repurposedINBOX "I work for the Pennsylvania Bureau of Forestry and am working on making better use of the wood from urban street trees being cut down. I am trying to establish a network linking suppliers (tree services removing trees) with processors (portable sawmill owners) and end consumers(woodworkers and others looking for a source of lumber.) It might be a product that repurposedMATERIALS would be interested in selling.  Interested?" - Ellen  RE: Ellen, We would like to learn more.  Contact Us @ 303.321.1471

readerRESPONSE:  "I saw your mention of Urban Wood.  We really desire the 'elbow' / curved / angled parts and pieces of urban trees.  Most trees grown by lumber companies don't have the 'elbows' because these are worthless to most woodworkers.  Since Urban Trees haven't been pruned to remove 'elbows', this is really our best source for getting the kind of lumber we need." Quentin at the Mystic Seaport in Connecticut  REQuentin...What is VALUELESS to most woodworkers is of great VALUE to you.  We love connecting those dots!

BEFORE"I thought of you when our elections warehouse reached out with a question on how to dispose of these hard carry cases that they used for voting equipment. They have custom made foam inserts in them that fit the equipment they carried. Please let me know if you have any ideas." - Jennifer w/ Kane County, Illinois

:  We sold one last week to a guy using the case to store his telescope.  Mike, We appreciate your business!

repurposedINBOX"My name is Jennifer Ozkan and I'm a teacher in Mons, Belgium at a Dept of Defense School. While most of my students are the kids of US soldiers, we are located on a NATO base and have lots of international kids. I'm currently teaching a class called, "Creative Thinking" and I've decided to take a Project-Based learning approach where students work on a series of projects over the course of the year.  I showed my class a video by Mr. Damon Carson about 'repurposing', and they were amazed at some of the things your company was doing. One student even said, wouldn't that be awesome if we could ask him what he thinks we could 'repurpose' or how we should start." - Jennifer Ozkan

Giving Back: "Jennifer, I would love to Skype with your class.  What day and time would work for you?" -

repurposedINBOX"I have some trade show shipping cases that we no longer need at our pharmaceutical company.  They are in very good condition except that we don’t have the combinations to the locks. However, that is not needed to use or open them.  Though they are 'recyclable' plastic, it is better to reuse them in some way." - Sue
