What is it?  These are "blast mats" made out of used tires.  They cut the treads off the tires and string them together with steel cable to make an extremely tough and heavy mat.  The mats are laid on solid rocks they are getting ready to blast out with explosives.  The mats keep the exploding rock from dangerously shooting in all directions.

Q: Like these Blast Mats made out of old tires, do you know of another product(s) whose main ingredient is a used material?  If "yes",
