repurposedSUGGESTION:  "Your Tyvek would be of great interest to all the marijuana grow operations as they have to contain, collect, and specially treat all their irrigation runoff water.  They buy lots of liner material for this exact purpose."John
Our Customers.  We often get asked, "Who are your customers?"  Well, last week, for example, the Tennessee Valley Authority purchased a truckload of highway barriers.  What most excites us about selling to very large organizations like the TVA is that as these huge companies become customers we're going to be able to keep even more stuff our of the landfill!

Gym Floor --> Office Partitions.  These are in process photos from a Florida design firm that is "repurposing" Gym Floor wood to build office cubicles.  The high-end design firm wouldn't settle for cracker box office dividers from Herman Miller.  But, then what would expect from a design firm founded by Walt Disney Imagineering alumni whose biggest client is...you guessed it...Disney. Tom, we appreciate your business and your creativity!

repurposedTOOL:  "Damon, I have devised a very simple way to de-nail T & G boards, especially flooring. It consists of a small piece of angle iron, a punch and a small piece of metal tube. works like a charm, does not damage the wood, and is fast and easy.  This would be a perfect tool for taking your gym floor panels and re-claiming the quality maple tongue and groove boards.   Watch Video>>" - Mick Goodhind...demo contractor in Arizona

repurposedENGINEERING:  Warehouse manager painted railroad rail yellow and mounted it out 18" from his cinder block warehouse wall.  The rail acts as a curb to keep forklift drivers from crashing into the exterior walls.  Brilliant!

Steel Cable.  L: Chi, Den, Atl  Click Here for Steel Cable Sizes and Prices>>

repurposedBUYER: We sold several spools of steel cable to a wood treating facility.  They cut the steel cable into lengths and then use the cable as "spacers" between the wood so the chemicals completely permeate the wood on all four sides.

*A,C,E - The steel cable has uniform thickness for the spacers, the steel holds up well to the chemicals used in treating the wood...the cable has all the Attributes, Characteristics, andEngineering (A.C.E.) required to make long lasting spacer.

WINNER:  EnvirOnMentaDoubLe PlaY "We are using 'repurposed' billboard vinyls for tarps at Bonneville Salt Flats as well!  It is the least expensive solution to a difficult problem.  Ordinary tarps simply blow away, and are not tough enough to endure the tires and foot traffic.  We use one to cover the pit area (there is a BLM requirement to cover the salt under your pit area ) and another line the floor of our trailer." - Bill Dube

repurposedWEBINAR  Q: Would you like to learn more about our mission/concept of "repurposing"?  Damon Carson, our founder, will be doing several live webinars coming up.  The webinar will last about 45 minutes.

Feedback"Hi Damon!  First of all, I wanted to thank you for the wonderful webinar today! I thought it was very interesting, and it got my mind thinking about materials that could be good for reuse. Some of the solutions you’ve found are really ingenious!" Michel
